SUMMARY:Logopädie bei Demenz
DESCRIPTION:Therapeutische Konzepte für die personzentrierte Arbeit\nIm logopadischen Praxisalltag werden TherapeutInnen zunehmend mit PatientInnen mit Sprachstörungen bei Demenz konfrontiert. Der Erhalt der Kommunikationsfähigkeit ist bei Menschen mit Demenz ein entscheidendes Kriterium für die Teilhabe am Leben.\nDiese langst möglich zu erhalten ist das Ziel logopädischer Arbeit. In diesem Seminar werden die Demenzformen und deren unterschiedliche sprachliche Defizite und Ressourcen dargestellt. Diagnostische Verfahren und Vorgehensweisen der Validation sowie Interventionen aus Biografie- und Körperarbeit werden vorgestellt und Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt\, diese sinnbringend in die sprachtherapeutische Arbeit zu integrieren. \nDer Schwerpunkt wird auf der praktischen therapeutischen und sprachtherapeutischen Arbeit mit dem Menschen mit Demenz liegen. Sie erfahren an Patientenbeispielen von etablierten\, sprachrelevanten Vorgehensweisen\, erhalten durch selbsterfahrende Übungen Einblick in Umgangsweisen mit Menschen mit Demenz und erlernen ICF- orientierte Therapieplanungen vorzunehmen und Behandlungen durchzuführen. Mit den Aspekten interdisziplinare Behandlung und Angehörigenarbeit werden Ziele und Grenzen sprachtherapeutischer Arbeit bei Menschen mit Demenz diskutiert. Die TeilnehmerInnen haben Gelegenheit\, eigene Erfahrungen einzubringen.
